Google Ads / Meta Ads / Account governance

Centralize the accounts, trust the number and decide with it.

Rabelo builds and runs the technical layer of your paid media: accounts organized with access and budget governance, tracking that does not drop conversions, and reporting that reconciles with the platforms.

01  /  What we do

Four fronts on the same account.

Each one depends on the other three — which is why we do not sell them separately.

  • 01

    Account structure

Access, budget and naming under control, on every platform. The advertiser keeps ownership of the account.

  • 02

    Measurement

Conversions and events configured until the report matches what actually happened. No double counting, no gap between the platform and your CRM.

  • 03

    Automation

Scripts, alerts and routines that handle the mechanical work of the account. Tracking that breaks raises a flag before the month closes wrong.

  • 04

    Reporting

Metrics from every platform in one place, cut the way your operation decides — not the way each tool exports by default.

02  /  How we work

From diagnostic to scale, in a continuous loop.

Five stages. Each one depends on the previous holding up — which is why the order matters.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

We open the accounts, the tracking and the history. You get a document with what is broken and what can be improved — before any contract is signed.

  2. 02

    Structure

Permissions, budget and standardized naming on every platform. Done once, it holds for the accounts that come next.

  3. 03

    Measurement

Conversions, events and end-to-end reconciliation until the number adds up. This is the stage most operations skip.

  4. 04

    Operation

Weekly review of bids, audiences, creative and allocation, with a record of what changed and why.

  5. 05

    Scale

More spend on the same structure, without rebuilding the process.

The loop does not end: every read of the data sends you back to stage 04

03  /  Differentiators

How the operation holds up.

Tracking before optimization

We do not touch bids while conversions do not reconcile. Optimizing on bad data damages an account faster than doing nothing.

Naming that lets you aggregate

Campaign, ad group and creative named by the same standard on every platform. Without that, no report adds anything up.

Governance account by account

Access, budget and permissions set individually, with a record of who changed what.

The same structure absorbs more accounts

Going from three to thirty accounts does not require rebuilding the process — only repeating it.

Cost per result, not volume delivered

The conversation is about what the result cost, not about how many campaigns went live this month.

04  /  The system

Change one part,
the rest recalibrates.

The wrong structure blocks the reporting. Broken tracking ruins the optimization. The four fronts are not independent stages — they are the same system.

We came to paid media from the technical side.

Rabelo started in software development. We got into paid media through the technical problem: tracking that does not reconcile, conversions counted twice, account structures that leave no one able to read anything. That is where our advantage comes from — and our limit too: we do not do campaign creative or brand planning.

The tools we use in the operation are built by us, for the problems we find in the account. Company founded in 2024, in São Paulo.

06  /  Owned operations

Where we test it first.

Before a structure goes into a client account, it runs on ours. We keep our own digital properties in real operation — traffic, end-to-end measurement and revenue that only exists if the number is right. When a technical decision is wrong, the loss is ours.

We do not sell these products. We sell the operation that keeps them standing.

07  /  Commitments

What you can check.

  • Full access

You hold admin access to your own accounts, from the first day to the last.

  • Verifiable numbers

Every metric we report can be reproduced inside the platform it came from.

  • Change log

Every adjustment is recorded: what changed, when and why.

  • No exit lock

Our access can be revoked at any moment, without you losing campaigns, history or conversions.

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms do you work with?

Google Ads and Meta Ads are the core. Others come in as the operation requires — what does not change is the technical part: structure, measurement and reporting work the same way on any of them.

How do you access my accounts?

Through a manager account on each platform — MCC on Google Ads, Business Manager on Meta. That lets us operate with access and budget governance without anyone losing ownership of their own account.

Does the ad account stay mine?

Yes. The account belongs to the advertiser. The manager account is granted permission to operate, and that permission can be revoked at any moment, without affecting campaigns, history or conversions.

Are you an agency?

No. We run the technical side of the account: structure, measurement, automation and reporting. Campaign creative and brand planning stay with you, or with the agency that already serves the brand.

I manage third-party accounts. Does this work for me?

It does, and that is exactly what a manager account exists for. The difference is the reporting cut: by portfolio, not by account. Each advertiser remains the owner of their own account.

How does pricing work?

A hybrid model: a fixed operating fee plus a percentage of managed spend. The ratio is set case by case, according to the volume and complexity of the account.

Is there a minimum media spend?

No. What we assess before taking on an account is whether the volume produces a sample large enough to read data with confidence — below a certain point, optimizing is chasing noise.

09  /  Portfolio

Do you manage third-party accounts?

A manager account exists precisely for that: several accounts with access, budget and naming governance, each advertiser keeping ownership of their own. For an agency or an in-house media team the difference is the cut — reporting becomes portfolio-wide, not account by account.
