Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, company, monthly investment range and the free text you write.

It is worth explaining how this works technically, because it changes what happens to your data: the form on this site does not send anything to any server of ours. When you click "Send", it simply opens your own email client with the message already filled in. You are the one who sends it, from your email to ours. We receive the message in our inbox — and it is from that point on that we become responsible for what we do with this data.

Exclusively to reply to your message and assess whether there is a fit between your media operation and what we do. We do not use this data to send unsolicited promotional communication, we do not build behavioural profiles and we neither sell nor transfer your data to third parties.

Art. 7, V of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, no. 13.709/2018) — processing necessary for preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the request of the data subject. In other words: you reached out to us to discuss possible work, and we process the data in order to have that conversation.

Up to 12 months from the last contact. After that period, if there is no commercial relationship in progress, the record is discarded. If you ask for deletion before that, we comply — see "Your rights" below.

Two suppliers take part in the operation of this site, as processors:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site files.
• Our email provider — where your message arrives and is stored.

Beyond them, access is restricted to whoever needs to reply to the message.

This site does not use tracking cookies. We also do not load third-party fonts, scripts or widgets — the typography is served from our own domain, precisely so your visit is not exposed to other services. The only cookie stored is the one holding the language you picked, so you do not have to pick it again on your next visit.

To know how many people visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures traffic in aggregate, without cookies and without creating an identifier to follow you across pages or across visits. We cannot identify visitors individually through it. That is why we do not display a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Art. 18 of the LGPD grants you the right to confirm that we process your data, to access it, correct it, request anonymization, blocking or deletion, request portability and withdraw consent. To exercise any of them, write to contact@rbsoftwarehouse.com.

We reply within the period set by law. The data protection officer channel (LGPD art. 41) is the same address: contact@rbsoftwarehouse.com.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Messages received are held in the corporate mailbox, with authenticated access. No system is immune to incidents, but if one of them meaningfully affects your data, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by art. 48 of the LGPD.

If the way we handle data changes, we update this text and the date at the top of the page. The version published here is the one that applies.
